事業主に雇用された後に労働災害、交通事故等により身体障害者
あるいは精神障害者（障害者）となった労働者の雇用を継続するため
必要な施設の設置、職場適応措置等の措置を実施した事業主に対して
助成されるもので、
障害者の職場復帰、雇用の継続が目的となっています。
中途障害者作業施設設置等助成金と重度中途障者等職場適応助成金の
２種類が設けられております。
労働災害等が発生した場合、大変です。
その後の対応が必要になったとき、場合によっては
このような助成金も活用できます。

○ 中途障害者作業施設設置等助成金
中途障害者（雇用された後に障害者となった者をいう）の
職場復帰（障害者となった時の職場に就労すること）を促進するため、
その作業を容易にするために必要な施設または設備（作業施設等）の設置
または整備を実施する事業主に対して支給するもの。
作業施設等の設置または整備の方法により
・第１種中途障害者作業施設設置等助成金
作業施設等の設置（賃借による設置以外）または整備を実施した場合
・第２種中途障害者作業施設設置等助成金
作業施設等の賃借による設置を実施した場合
に区分されています。
【受給できる額】
・第１種中途障害者作業施設設置等助成金
イ）受給額：費用の２／３
ロ）限度額：４５０万円に当該設置または整備に係る中途障害者の数を乗じた額
（１事業所あたり１会計年度につき、４５００万円を限度）
・第２種中途障害者作業施設設置等助成金
イ）受給額：作業施設等の賃借費用の２／３
ロ）限度額：中途障害者１人あたり月額１３万円
ハ）支給期間：賃借開始翌月から３年間で、施設を中途障害者のために使用している期間。

○ 重度中途障害者職場適応助成金
重度身体障害者等である中途障害者の職場復帰を促進するため、
職務開発等の職場への適応を促進するための措置を実施する
事業主に対して支給されるもの。
【受給できる額】
・重度または４５歳以上の障害者：１人あたり１か月につき３万円
・重度で短時間労働者の場合：１人あたり１か月につき２万円
【受給できる期間】
職場復帰をした日の翌月から３年間で、その重度障害者職場適応措置を
実施している期間（職場適応措置を実施した日数が６割以上ある月に限る）
この助成金でいう重度中途障害者等とは、
・障害程度等級が１級もしくは２級に該当する
あるいは、障害を２以上重複し、２級に相当する場合
・精神障害者
・４５歳以上の身体障害者
・重度身体障害者または精神障害者である短時間労働者
をいいます。
