継続雇用定着促進助成金（平成18年4月改正）


この助成金は３つの制度で構成されています。

I 　継続雇用制度奨励金（第I種）
　・・・　定年の引上げや継続雇用制度の導入等の措置を講じた事業主に対して助成
II 　多数継続雇用助成金（第II種）
　・・・　第I種受給事業主のうち、高年齢者の雇用割合が15％を超える事業主に対して助成
III 　雇用確保措置導入支援助成金
　・・・　定年の引上げ又は継続雇用制度の導入等の措置を円滑に運用するため、
　　　　　55歳以上65歳未満の雇用保険被保険者に対して雇用機会の確保又は
　　　　　職業生活の充実等に資する研修等を実施した事業主に対して助成

具体的には、
定年の廃止または６５歳以上までの定年延長等もしくは継続雇用制度の導入などを行う。
そして、
労働協約または就業規則により、定年の引き上げや継続雇用制度の導入等の措置を
講じる必要があることと、それを実施する必要があります。
といっても、あまり難しく考えないでいいのではないでしょうか。

☆　多数継続雇用助成金（第II種）
　確保措置義務年齢以上65歳未満の数（300が上限）の割合が15％を超えるとき
1人当たり月額1.5万円（中小企業2万円）が最大3年間、年1回ずつ支給。
短時間労働被保険者は1人当たり月額0.75万円（中小企業1万円）。


☆　雇用確保措置導入支援助成金
　研修等の費用の4分の1（研修等を開始した日から起算して1年以内に支払われたもの）
１人当たり５万円を上限とし最大５百万円まで。
